Meet the Founder

ALEXIS BIVENS
Whether I’m mobilizing resources or leading strategic initiatives, I’m deeply immersed in honoring and curating Black excellence. This isn’t a side interest—it’s central to who I am and how I lead. I host Kwanzaa and Juneteenth events that celebrate tradition and community. I organize intimate, joyful gatherings—game nights, movie nights, and spaces that center Black culture and connection. These are more than moments of downtime; they are acts of resistance, restoration, and love. For me, the work isn’t just professional—it’s personal, cultural, and purpose-driven. It lives in the informal networks, the unspoken support systems, and the everyday practices that sustain us.
